After a month since the last version, apple has finally pushed 5.1 b3 out to developers. The update is only available over the air (OTA), which is not unique, since other betas were OTA.
The update's changelog states it fixes several bugs and improvements, but there are some other great news. The enable 3G toggle has been put back into the Settings page. Before users who wanted to run only on 2G, were not aloud. With this feature put back in, these users will be aloud to do so.
In addition to the 3G toggle, the new update gives some hints to next generation devices. These next gen devices seem to be quad core processors. The next line of Apple products hint to the new iPad coming sometime in the Spring of 2012. Stay tuned for more info.
